Karley Sullivan is a Los Angeles based visual artist who explores mediation through the study of gesture and symbols. Her lens-based practice comes coupled with an organic drawing sensitivity. Her photography has been published in the New York Times, Bomb Magazine, Lensculture and Phases Magazine and has been exhibited both nationally and abroad. Sullivan holds a BFA in Drawing from the University of Tennessee, and recently received her MFA in Photo/Media from the California Institute of Arts, Valencia, CA.
